Sarah Colón, PT, DPT, COMT, FAAOMPT

Hello! I am Sarah, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists and lover of trying to make all things fun.

I grew up in Chicago and gradated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Kinesiology. After undergrad I trekked out west to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. After falling in love with the PNW on an internship, I decided to stay and continued on to complete a manual therapy and exercise based residency then fellowship program through the Ola Grimsby Institute here in Seattle, WA.

While I love treating orthopedic injuries in all ages, working with kids revamps my creativity, joy, and enthusiasm for my vocation. I find deep fulfillment in helping kids and families work towards and meet their goals that will create meaningful memories that will last forever.

When I am not in the clinic you will find me outdoors or spending quality time with my husband, family or friends. Hiking, running, weight lifting, and snowshoeing are my favorite ways to move!

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
